He has gained specific experience and skill in the areas of: managing bankruptcy procedures and other examination procedures; preparing business plans relating to granting of incentive contributions and financing by the State; accounting, tax, and company assistance and consultancy; assistance with the tax process; and evaluation of companies operating in various sectors.
He is a Bankruptcy Curator with the Court of Milan; President of the Board of Auditors for the Municipality of Segrate (MI); member of the Judiciary Auxiliary Commission set up by the institute of Chartered Accounts and Accounting Experts in Milan.
He has a degree in Economy and Commerce from Università degli Studi di Pavia (Pavia University).
